Contact Info

To update your contact information, contact Secretary. It is important that we have your accurate contact information for HOA and other communication. Please provide name, email and phone for both primary and secondary contacts.

To request a neighbor contact list, contact Secretary. This will only be provided to other HOA homeowners upon request.

Architecture ?s

Questions about architectural changes, contact President. If you are contemplating significant changes to your yard or the exterior of your home, please be sure to review the CC&Rs, Bylaws and Resolutions (Governance), and also talk to the President.

House Paint

Painting your home? The HOA has an approved palette of house paint colors for you to review. View/print this PDF, or go to the Sherwin-Williams website to see HOA colors.

Realtor Info

Selling your home? Your buyer's realtor should be able to find all the documents they need on this site. If not, they should contact President.

Provider List

Need some work done? The neighborhood Provider List contains suggestions sent in by fellow homeowners. Contact Secretary if you have someone to add (or delete).

Reimbursement

To be reimbursed for an expense, fill out the Expense Reimbursement form.
