The Treasurer manages the finances for the HOA. This includes such things as: billing and collecting the annual HOA dues from homeowners; making all bank deposits; issuing HOA checks; reconciling HOA bank accounts; preparing an annual Budget and Reserve Study; and filing certain governmental forms.
Woods Creek HOA dues for 2023 will remain at $907.50 per calendar year. HOA dues are paid once a year - monthly or quarterly dues payments are not permitted. All HOA homeowners are invoiced in February each year, with full payment due by March 31.
Annual dues pay for yearly state fees, utilities, landscaping maintenance, insurance, and other incidental charges. The dues also help fund the Reserve Account that pays for the health and safety of the Greenspace.
