Woods Creek HOA provides landscaping services to the street-facing yards of every home, and maintains our shared Greenspace.

"Our role is to provide a high level of service to the street-facing portion of each home, to keep the Woods in “Woods Creek,” and to be an effective liaison between homeowners, our vendors, and the City of Portland."

The Landscaping Director manages many issues related to our yards and neighborhood.

Liaison to the landscaping vendor for:

Yard service - regular landscaping service includes street-facing yards of homes, monument area and along the streets.
Irrigation systems - coordinates Spring start-up and Winter shut-off.

Manages our shared Greenspace maintenance:

Liaison to arborists, the City of Portland, and other entities.
Leads the Landscape Committee in Greenspace restoration.

About our Greenspace Common Area

The Homeowners Association is charged with maintaining and monitoring over three acres of open space, consisting of Tracts “B” and “C”, owned in common by the owners of lots in Woods Creek. In recent years the focus has been on preserving the trees and planting new ones. We have been removing invasive plants, protecting trees with cages, and preventing excessively high water levels from suffocating their roots. The Landscape Committee meets regularly to determine the best ways to keep this wetland sustainable. Work parties are scheduled as needed for homeowners to join in maintenance activities.
