This site was created by and for our neighbors, in order to consolidate and provide easy access to important HOA information.  Woods Creek is a group of 31 homeowners in southwest Portland, Oregon whose homes were built in 1999-2000. The homes are situated on either side of Woods Creek which runs through a beautiful greenspace, which is home to beavers, owls, coyotes, squirrels and a variety of trees and native plants.  Residents range from retirees to young families, and our quiet but centralized location is ideal for commuting to Downtown Portland, Beaverton/Hillsboro or Tigard/Tualatin. 

Annual dues provide for maintenance of the greenspace, insurance, fees, and front yard landscaping for all homeowners.
