The Woods Creek HOA Board is a volunteer organization, consisting of five voting members. Board members serve two-year terms and may run for more than one term. The Board generally meets quarterly, but may meet more frequently for special projects. See Board Meeting Minutes, below.
Neighbors are very welcome and encouraged to participate as Board member or in other volunteer capacity! See Board Members and Board Elections, below, for more information.

Board Elections are held during the Annual Homeowners Association meeting, generally held every August/September. Homeowners will be notified of the meeting date and other election information via email.
It's important for the entire neighborhood to be represented on the Board, and for all neighbors to take their turn as a Board volunteer. Please take a look at the Responsibilities link under each Board role, above. If you are interested in joining the Board (or in volunteering in some other capacity), please contact any Board member for more information. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors and make a positive impact on our community. We welcome all participation!
